These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lead SignAI's mobile and web applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Lead SignAI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is offered for lawful business use to manage leads, contacts, campaigns, and outreach. You agree not to:
The Service uses large language models and third-party AI to generate lead suggestions, email drafts, and enrichment data. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before sending it to recipients, storing it, or relying on it for business decisions.
You retain ownership of contact lists, leads, messages, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights and consents required to submit Your Content.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use described there.
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is the property of Lead SignAI and its licensors. No rights are granted to you except those expressly set out in these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (b) USD 100. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
