Lead SignAI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered lead intelligence and lightweight CRM through our mobile and web applications (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

Account data — email address, name, password (stored hashed), and optional profile photo.
Search inputs — niche, role, location, keywords and other prompts you enter to discover leads.
Pipeline data — leads you save, tags, notes, status changes, and follow-up reminders you create.
Messages you draft — outreach copy you compose or generate inside the App before you send it.
Support communications — anything you write to us via email or in-app support.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Device & app data — device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, crash reports, and basic usage analytics (which screens you opened, feature counters).
Network data — IP address and approximate region (used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention).
Push tokens — Firebase Cloud Messaging token, used only to deliver notifications you opted into.

1.3 Information collected only with your permission

Permission	What we access	Why
Contacts	Names, phone numbers, emails from your address book — only when you tap "Import contacts" or "Save lead to contacts".	To let you import existing contacts as leads or save a lead back to your phone. We do not upload your full address book to our servers.
Phone / Call	The ability to start a phone call.	Only when you tap the call button on a lead. We do not record or log calls.
SMS	The ability to compose an SMS in your default messaging app.	Only when you tap the SMS button. The message is sent by your carrier, not by us.
Camera	One captured photo at a time.	Only when you tap "Add photo" on a lead.
Photos / Media	One image you pick via the system photo picker.	Only when you attach an image to a lead. We use the Android Photo Picker and iOS limited photo selection — we never request access to your full gallery.
Location	Approximate or precise location.	Only when you tap "Find leads near me". Location is used to filter results and is not continuously tracked.
Notifications	Permission to send push notifications.	Used only for follow-up reminders you schedule yourself and important account alerts.

1.4 Lead enrichment data we fetch from third parties

When you run a search, Lead SignAI queries public sources and partner APIs to assemble lead records. These include: web search results, public business directories, LinkedIn profile metadata, public company websites, email deliverability checks (Abstract API), and email reputation signals. We do not buy private personal data and we only display information that is publicly available.

2. How we use information

Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
Discover, enrich, score, and rank leads in response to your searches.
Send transactional emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, billing receipts) and follow-up reminders you scheduled.
Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising. We do not message anyone on your behalf without you explicitly tapping send.

3. AI processing

Lead SignAI uses AI models (operated by us and by trusted providers such as OpenAI / Google AI) to score leads and generate suggested outreach copy. The prompts and outputs are processed for the duration needed to return a result. We do not allow AI providers to use your data to train their public models.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only with:

Service providers who operate infrastructure on our behalf: hosting (Hostinger VPS), email verification (Abstract), push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), AI inference, error monitoring, and transactional email.
Legal authorities when required by valid legal process, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
A successor entity if Lead SignAI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you will be notified).

5. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active.
Leads, notes, reminders, and pipeline data are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging.
Backups are encrypted and rotated on a 30-day cycle.
If you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your account and personal data.
Export your pipeline data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent for optional permissions at any time in your device settings.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@leadsignai.com or use Settings → Account → Delete account inside the App.

7. Security

We protect your data with HTTPS/TLS in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt/argon2), JWT-based sessions with short lifetimes, encrypted database backups, role-based access controls, and rate limiting. No service can guarantee perfect security; please use a strong unique password and notify us at security@leadsignai.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Children

Lead SignAI is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International transfers

Our servers are located in the European Union. By using the App you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in countries where we and our service providers operate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email before they take effect.
