Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Lead SignAI account and all associated
data at any time. This page explains what is deleted, what is retained, and how
to submit the request.
This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your
leads, campaigns, follow-ups, AI history, and subscription cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile (name, email, phone, company, avatar)
- All leads, contacts, campaigns, templates, and follow-ups you created
- AI decision history and enrichment data tied to your account
- Push-notification device tokens and session tokens
- Subscription record and stored payment references (Stripe customer is deleted)
What we retain (and why)
- Invoices and tax records for up to 7 years, as required by
UAE / EU / US tax law.
- Anti-fraud and security logs (IP addresses, abuse signals)
for up to 12 months.
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
How long it takes
Requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email
confirmation when the deletion is complete. If you signed in with the email below,
any active session on your devices is terminated immediately.
Submit a deletion request
Enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send a confirmation link
to verify the request before deletion is queued.

with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll reply within two business days.
Already deleted the app?
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Use the form above
or email us to permanently remove your data.
